This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed within 4 to 7 business days. We ship Monday through Friday and our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 3-7 days on the West Coast via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. If your order is placed after 2pm EST, we will begin processing your order on the next business day. During major sales or holiday seasons, our shipping time is 7 to 13 business days for delivery.

We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind.

No shipping on weekends, Holidays  or the day prior to or after a major holiday. 

Due to Covid, we do not currently accept any returns, or exchanges once the item has been shipped.

All frontal and closure wig orders are CUSTOM made to order and cannot be canceled or edited once placed. Please be sure you are ordering your correct wig modifications.

Orders of only either hair extensions and hair accessories may be cancelled prior to shipping if the customer requests.
