  • I have an event or appointment coming up. Should I order my hair in advance?

    We advise you not to wait until the last minute to place your hair order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order 2.5 weeks prior to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

  • How many bundles do I need?

    Bombshell Experience bundles weigh about 3.5oz each.

    The general rule of thumb is that the longer the length of hair, the shorter the weft of the bundle. For lengths 12"-16", we recommend 2-3 bundles of hair. For lengths 18”-24”, we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For longer than 26”, 4-5 bundles are recommended for a full look.

  • When will I receive my tracking number?

    Tracking information is sent to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out. You will not receive a tracking number when your order is placed or during the processing time.

  • What is the shipping policy?

    Processing on pre-orders is 3-7 business days. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days and is done via the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.

    Once processed, your order is shipped out with your tracking number and an email is sent to the one on file. If placed after 2pm (EST) we will begin processing your order on the next business day.

    True HD Frontals are made with a special type of lace from Japan. There are currently not many factories that produce it. Due to this, the full processing time is normally needed.

  • What is the return policy?

    Due to Covid, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    If there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately with an even exchage.

    If there is no mistake on Bombshell Experience's behalf, there are no refunds or exchanges.

  • My order has shipped but I can't find it.

    In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or delayed, please contact USPS and reference your tracking number. Bombshell Experience is not responsible for items once they are shipped. We are also not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

  • Can I color this hair?

    Our bundles are 100% virgin which means they have not been processed. You can color our hair. Once colored, be mindful to treat it with deep conditioners frequently to keep it moisturized.
